My name is Susan Stoehr and I am the Owner of Susan Stoehr Homes in Madison, Wisconsin brokered by EXP Realty.
I have been working in the real estate industry for 11 years and was raised in Madison where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Communication Arts. I know the city well and am proud to say I have lived here all of my life with the exception of the combined 10 years that I lived in Door County (where I also actively work) and Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
