About me
As the Owner of Susan Stoehr Homes in Madison, Wisconsin brokered by EXP Realty, I have been working in the real estate industry for 13 years. I was proudly raised in Madison where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Communication Arts. I know the city well and have lived here all of my life with the exception of the combined 10 years that I lived in Door County (where I also actively work) and Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
I have three grown children, one grandchild and two dogs. Needless to say I value family over everything – although a close second is helping you to sell your home or find your next one!
Whether you’re selling your current home or looking to buy, I am committed to working with you to achieve your goals in a timely, effective and professional manner. Dedication, perseverance, passion and teamwork are my keys to successfully helping you with your real estate needs.

What people say about Susan
“Susan was absolutely wonderful when helping my wife & me purchase our first home. Her insight & connections to other useful contacts (mortgage lender, contractors, etc.) proved immensely valuable to us going through the first-time home-buying experience. Thank you so much for making our dream of owning our own home a reality, Susan!”
Benjamin Szymanski
“Susan is amazing! We worked on a pretty tight timeline and she gave us step by step instructions to make sure we stayed on task. She was so patient with us and was so caring of our cats. She also was amazing with the staging and provided additional items so extra cost was minimal. Our house sold in less than 3 days! If I could give more stars, I would!”
